A chat window on your site is a promise to the people who use it. This is what it does with their conversations.
The widget sets no cookies on the people who visit your site, and stores nothing in their browser until they use the chat. Before they write, it tells them they are talking to an AI.
Each bot loads only on the sites you list for it.
Your visitors' conversations are yours to read and delete. In data-protection terms you are the controller, and Airrand is the processor acting on your behalf.
Conversations are processed by an AI model provider to generate the bot's replies.
Visitors can ask a question without giving a name, an email or a phone number. A conversation keeps only the messages, the page it started on, the browser type and a hashed IP address.
A visitor can delete their own conversation, and you can delete a visitor's conversations when they ask you to.
